About Karina Fajardo, MD
Karina Fajardo, MD is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She specializes in the evidence-based treatment of anxiety, mood, and other mental health disorders with a special interest in Women’s mental health; treating women during pregnancy and while nursing as well as having more than 10 years of experience treating eating disorders. Extensively trained at the University of Miami in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, she offers a comprehensive, individualized approach tailored to her patients' individual needs. She is a native speaker of both Spanish and English.
